This weekend was a long and tiring one for Jessi and I. On Friday and Saturday we had viewings and a funeral for Jessi's grandfather Drago Pus. On Sunday we decided to do something fun. We went with Tony, Sally and Daniela (back from Japan!) to the Royal Winter Fair here in Toronto.
We got there bright and early right when it opened to try and avoid the crowds. Our first stop was the petting zoo and the bunnies/cavies (guinea pigs). Jessi paid lots of money to have animals slobber all over her hand (she loved every second of it!). We wanted to go the Iams Superdog show but it always has a crazy long line (you have to stand in line for more than an hour to get in!) and we've seen it several times so we skipped it.
The rest of the time we wandered around the booths and looked at all the handmade and yummy stuff. Jessi and I picked up a new showerhead. It's about a foot across and feels like standing in the rain. I like it alot. I also bought some Maple butter which I can't find anywhere else. It's sooooo delicious. As usual, we were all exhausted by the time we left but we enjoyed it!

Hi Andrew! Thanks for the info. The maple butter we got at the fair was too runny so i'm eager to try another brand.
